Those children born in Jerusalem are guaranteed to be accepted into Baby City. They are children of God due to the protections afforded to humans within the boundaries of Jerusalem. There is no dark grey interference within Jerusalem but there is within the house of the lord, under our Sun, a local and smaller duplicate of God.
