HMD Global Oy, Espoo, 119.99 for a mobile phone has been contaminated in transit. I have told the courier not to deliver it and they are ignoring me. I have contacted HMD phones and they have said they can’t refund until the phone is returned. I want my money back due to the item being analyzed by MI5 and a biological toxin placed on the package. I cannot take delivery.
